Description
Experience an eco-friendly and sustainable way to clean your clothes with these 100% organic soap nuts, a Natural Laundry & Cleaning alternative to traditional chemical-laden detergents. Perfect for those with sensitive skin, soap nuts provide a gentle, chemical-free laundry solution, making them ideal for anyone seeking a hypoallergenic detergent alternative. These biodegradable soap nuts are not only safe for your family but also for the environment, offering a sustainable laundry solution.
These soap nuts come from the Sapindus tree. Each shell contains natural saponin, a plant compound that creates a mild lather when it mixes with water. You get clean laundry without synthetic fragrances, dyes, or residues. If you deal with itchy skin or irritation from commercial detergents, you will notice the difference fast.
You place the shells in the included cotton wash bag and add them to your washer. They work in standard and high efficiency machines. You can reuse the same set of shells several times, which keeps waste low and saves you money over time. When the shells no longer release saponin, you can compost them.
You avoid plastic jugs and chemical additives each time you wash a load. Many people use soap nuts as a first step toward a cleaner home and lower environmental impact. They reduce the amount of detergent you need to buy, store, and throw away. You also get a laundry routine that feels simpler and cleaner.

• Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 to 30 minutes

Water temperature affects how fast the shells release saponin. Hot water pulls it out faster, which shortens the life of each batch. Large or dirty loads need more shells. Hard water may also reduce cleaning strength, which is why some households use an extra shell or two per load.
